Grass

Our new range of artificial grass for padel courts offers enhanced game speed, increased safety, and superior durability.

Available in 12 mm monofilament, this grass comes in the four official colors: blue, green, and orange.

We also offer a 12 mm textured grass, used on courts for world-class professional tournaments, providing improved traction for safer and more effective movement.

Lighting

The LED lighting for padel courts uses 8 spotlights of 150W or 200W, providing uniform brightness without blinding players, referees, or spectators, in line with sports standards.

LED spotlights offer significant advantages: instant illumination maximizes playing time, unlike halogen lamps that have a delay. Additionally, they generate little heat, making them ideal for indoor padel spaces due to their smaller size.

These installations meet the lighting requirements of the International Padel Federation and enable significant energy savings, up to 65% compared to traditional halide lighting.

Glass

12 mm tempered glass, approved and mounted on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and prevent breakage.

This tempered glass is produced through a standardized manufacturing process that meets strict standards.

Advantages of tempered glass:

• Higher tensile strength compared to annealed glass.

• In case of breakage, it shatters into small fragments that are less likely to cause serious injuries, unlike the sharp edges of annealed glass.

• Tempered glass is four times stronger mechanically than annealed glass, making it an optimal choice for safety.

Paint

The metal elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint made from polyester resins. This finish, in the color chosen by the client, provides excellent resistance to corrosion, UV rays, and mechanical impacts.

After electrostatic application, the powder paint is cured in an oven at temperatures between 180ºC and 200ºC for polymerization.

In coastal/maritime areas with high corrosion risk, additional protective measures are applied to the metal structure.

The structure's color is based on the RAL code selected by the client, with the option to paint the court in two tones, such as a different color for lighting poles.

Once the agreement is signed and the commercial proposal is accepted, we begin working on the shipment and installation of your courts.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is between 60 and 70 days, with the installation of a padel court taking 4 days.
